Managing Director and CEO 

Steven  is the new Managing Director and CEO of Kesecurix since January 2022 having previously held the position as Marketing Manager. He brings a background in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing and holds a Diploma from KV Zürich Business School and a Bachelor in Finance/Marketing from the United States. He is also the first Quarterback from Switzerland to receive a full-ride Division I Scholarship to play American Football in the United States. Having grown up in Zurich and in the USA during the Black Lives Matter Movement, Steven brings knowledge about relations issues in the US and Switzerland.

Barbara D. Adagblenya

Project Manager

Barbara is the Project Manager and brings a strong background in development policy having worked for various international organisations in Geneva. She brings expertise on diversity issues in the West African context, particular on tribal relations and gender equality. Barbara has worked in Ghana, South Korea, Switzerland and Canada and understands the challenges and opportunities of international career mobility and working in multi-ethnic, multi-national global companies. Besides her professional experiences, she holds a Masters in International Affairs, a Master’s in Development Policy, a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a PRINCE2 Foundation project management certificate.

Events and Communication Manager

Samantha is the new Team member of Kesecurix since January 2022 and will support the Team as an Events and Communication Manager. Samantha graduated from the International Management Institute (IMI) in Lucerne with a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and tourism. She has organised numerous events for international organisations and hotels such as the World Bank, European Union, Kempinski and Crowne Plaza Hotel. Living in two countries, Ghana and Switzerland, her goal is to create a sustainable and inclusive lifestyle for everyone.
