Managing Director

Since January 2024, Samantha has taken on the role of Managing Director, following her previous position as Event and Communication Manager at Kesecurix. During her tenure, she has successfully organised a variety of events, including Black History Month celebrations, recruitment initiatives for the Black Talent Mentorship Program, and panel discussions on allyship and intersectionality. Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and tourism. Her extensive experience includes organising events for prominent NGOs and international entities such as the World Bank, the European Union, and Google. Her objective is to initiate and promote practices that encourage sustainable and inclusive lifestyles through her events.

Barbara D. Adagblenya

Project Manager

Barbara is the Project Manager and brings a strong background in development policy having worked for various international organisations in Geneva. She brings expertise on diversity issues in the West African context, particular on tribal relations and gender equality. Barbara has worked in Ghana, South Korea, Switzerland and Canada and understands the challenges and opportunities of international career mobility and working in multi-ethnic, multi-national global companies. Besides her professional experiences, she holds a Masters in International Affairs, a Master’s in Development Policy, a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a PRINCE2 Foundation project management certificate.

Outreach and Communication Manager

Kofi is the new team member of Kesecurix since April 2024 and will support the Team as the Outreach and Communication Manager Born in Ghana and raised in Switzerland, he has been surrounded by diverse cultures since childhood. His journey led him to experience the power of multicultural collaboration firsthand when, as one of the team captains, he helped lead Switzerland to victory in the U17 football World Cup. Today, as the Head of CRM for Switzerland’s top real estate company, he oversees a team of 40 agents from over 20 nationalities across three countries. With four official languages spoken within his team, he excels in utilising the strength of diversity to drive success and innovation.

His goal is to highlight the power of diversity and inclusion in achieving success.
