In an article written by Patty Winsa on thestar.com, Clare Hutchinson is the new NATO special representative for women, peace and security. So far, I have been following her work mainly on LinkedIn and I like her direct approach in addressing gender inequality within the security sector. In her role, she reports to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and advises members on decision-making regarding NATO’s women, peace and security agenda.
