WHY IS DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IMPORTANT FOR BUSINESS SUCCESS?
Research has shown that diversity is imperative for corporate competitive advantage. Companies in the top quartile for gender, racial and ethnic diversity are 35% more likely to have financial returns above their national industry medians. Furthermore, studies have shown that inclusive teams make up to 87% of the time better business decisions because they bring different knowledge, new networks and perspectives which can enhance innovation, productivity and performance. Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion is therefore critical to innovate, to create products and services that serve diverse customers and to cultivate a successful business and workforce.
We focus on diversity management concerning Black people, People of Color, ethnicity, gender and intersectionality. Our approach is unique because we combine lived and professional experience to offer the best strategies for companies. Through our expertise and experiences, Kesecurix will provide you with the resources needed to better understand race-relations and gender history specifically in Switzerland and how movements like Black Lives Matter have made a global impact. Our specialisation includes but is not limited to: race relations, gender mainstreaming, women empowerment and organisational development.
We understand that there is no one size fits all solution and our work is to design a strategy that fits the specific challenges and needs of your business. Together, we look at your goals and develop a roadmap with step-by-step strategies for achieving a sustainable diversity management practice.
